Navistar Resoultion

Note: The resolution passed by YTDO on February 17th was in regard to the original proposed deal between Navistar and DuPage County government. It is our understanding that this proposal is now off the table. Lately a revised proposition has been floated; we have not seen the details of this and have therefore not yet taken a position on it.
